By accessing or using the Kendry platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kendry.

Kendry is a cloud-based scheduling and appointment booking platform that enables users to create booking pages, manage availability, accept meetings, process payments, and automate scheduling workflows. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile and booking forms
• Honor scheduled appointments and arrive on time
• Respect the privacy of other users and attendees
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the Service

Kendry offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Kendry and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Content you upload (profile data, event descriptions, booking form content) remains your property. By uploading, you grant Kendry a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kendry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kendry in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if your account remains inactive for more than 12 months. We will provide reasonable notice before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
